About 4,900 homes in 85295 have a pool.
What pools in 85295 need
Homes here are mostly from the early 2000s. If trees drop leaves or blossoms into your water, we empty the baskets every visit and watch filter pressure while they shed.
Every visit ends with a report: a photo of your pool, the water readings and what we added. Same technician, same weekday, every week.
Pool counts: Maricopa County Assessor, residential parcel file, tax year 2026.
